Background

Janice has 20 years experience of working in the field of organisational and staff development.  The majority of her experience has been gained within the public and voluntary sectors where she has gained a good understanding of the pressures facing managers and leaders working in these areas.

Specialisms

Janice is a qualified teacher, trainer and meta coach.  She is also a certified master practitioner and trainer of neuro linguistic programming (NLP) and is a certified ‘Future Basing’ coach.  Janice’s key areas of specialism include:
